How to Order

Step One – send us an email at 11.Reflections@gmail.com

State:
1) Your Name
2) Your Contact Number
3) Items that you want to get (please state code)
4) Your Size (if different sizes are available)
5) Full Address
6) Preferred Delivery Method (please see delivery options below).

Your orders will be processed on a daily basis, on business days, which are from Monday to Thursday. The daily cut off time is at 6pm. Orders that are placed after 6pm from Monday to Thursday or placed on weekends (Friday or Sunday) or public holidays will then be processed during the next business day (of course, we will try to our very best effort to process ASAP!)..

Step Two – wait for our order confirmation email. We will advise you on how to make payment.We will send out an order confirmation email, with payment instructions, the next business day after we receive your order request.

Step Three – Make your payment, and wait for clothes to be delivered. Delivery details will be shared with you in our confirmation email.
