Terms and Conditions

  • All items are listed in Brunei (BND) Dollars.
  • All prices EXCLUDE shipping and delivery costs.
  • Please refer below for shipping and delivery methods.
  • 11 Chic Reflections reserve the right to cancel the orders of non-paying customers.
  • Orders are on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.
  • Orders are considered as ‘confirmed’ only after payment is received and is confirmed by us via email. Once confirmed, no cancellations of order are permitted.
  • Items will only be shipped off, when full payment has been received and confirmed.
  • 11 Chic Reflections will not be held responsible or should be found liable for any delay, lost or damages of products during shipping.
  • All goods sold are non-refundable, or non-returnable.
  • 11 Chic Reflections reserve the right to change the information on this website at any time and all information is subject to change without prior notice.
  • By placing your order, customers are bound to the terms and conditions, shipping and delivery terms as well as our return terms and conditions stipulated.


What we Mean, When We Say...

Reserved:

Once an order request is received by 11 Chic Reflections, the item is listed as reserved. However, if payment is not received within 48 hours (2 days) after an order confirmation has been sent to the customer, the order will be considered void and will be relisted as available.

Available: Item(s) are ready to be bought and shipped off to all of you chic babes!

Out-of-stock: Item(s) are no longer available. Being an Internet site, it is difficult to determine if items you have chosen to purchase are in stock because there may be different people ordering the same product at the same time online, and in-store.

Unfortunately, we are not able to avoid such a situation from happening. However, 11 Chic Reflections will at the very best effort offer alternative choices of similar design and color to the customer within 48 hours of receiving the initial order.


Re-stocking: For item(s) in high demand, we’ll restock them!

Coming Soon: It means ‘Watch This Space!’ We’re bringing these item(s) in.



Popular questions we get…



1. How updated is the information on our blog?
We ensure that we update our blog as fast and as efficient as possible. Interested customers need to ensure that they send us an order email to 11. Reflections@gmail.com , with the details. Items are usually stocked in low numbers to ensure that your chic styles are unique! Items are on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis, so if you’ve got your eye on something, let us know pronto!

2. I’m interested. How do I place an order?

Here’s how:

Step 1 - Send us an email to
11.Reflections@gmail.com stating your full name, your contact number, the item(s) that you would like to order (with item codes), size (if different sizes are available), full address and preferred delivery method (option 1 – shipping directly to your address, or option 2 – meet up/ pick up).

Your orders will be processed on a daily basis, on business days, which are from Monday to Thursday. The daily cut off time is at 6pm. Orders that are placed after 6pm from Monday to Thursday or placed on weekends (Friday or Sunday) or public holidays will then be processed during the next business day (of course, we will try to our very best effort to process ASAP!)..



Step 2 – Wait for our confirmation email. We will advice you on payment methods. We will send out an order confirmation email, with payment instructions, the next business day after we receive your order request.

Step 3 – Make your payment, and wait for clothes to be delivered. Delivery details will be shared with you in our confirmation email.

Step 4 – You’re ready to go out there and look gorgeously chic!

How do I know when my order is confirmed?
We will send you an order confirmation email within 24 hours (next business day) of receiving your order. Please ensure that your email is valid and that your inbox is not full. If you do not received a confirmation email from us within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

4. What is your return policy?
We make sure that items are of the highest quality and all items are check, double-checked, for damages before we pack ‘em and ship ‘em. So, no returns are permitted.

5. Are items ‘WYSIWYG’ (what you see is what you get)?
Pictures without our logo are taken by distributors. Pictures with the 11 Chic Reflections logo were taken by our own digital cameras and are taken to our very best effort. Please allow for very minor color differences as monitor resolutions may vary from customer to customer. However, we will do everything in our power, to ensure the best quality possible.

6. Do we give discounts?
Yeah we do! Who doesn’t love sales! Every so often, we’ll alert you with an email when we have our special promotions, competitions, new arrivals or even freebies to be given away! Returning customers will also be advised of their Privileged Chic discounts!

7. How do we make payment?
When you’ve decided which item(s) you’d like, send us the order email with the requested details and we will send you an order confirmation email, advising you on how to make payment.

8. Tell me more about the shipping methods/ delivery methods that you use?

*UPDATED 7 AUG 2009 * For now, 11 Chic Reflections will not be doing any cash-on-deliveries (pick up/ Meet up) - *we are still working on this so, please bear with us :-).

The shipping rates are as follows, however, we will try to do whatever we can to keep the shipping rates down.

If you and a friend would like to accumulate your orders in one item and ship to one address, this is advised as this can help your costs down :-)

Note: Please bear in mind that we do not mark up the shipping rates on our end. The rates are determined by the specific courier companies.

For any urgent deliveries, you may opt to use DHL or UPS (advised for 2-3 days delivery to your kind selves). Normally, we will send using Pos Laju, which may take up to 4 - 10 days delivery.



Once shipping processing is complete, you will be notified of the shipping tracking number for you to be able to track your order. However, we will also notify you of the status of your order.

Please note that we do not process shipping on public holidays.

After 11 Chic Reflections have confirmed your order, please kindly follow the payment instructions as indicated. After payment is received, you will then receive another email notification indication the options of where and when you will be able to collect the items.

If there are any changes to the delivery methods/ costs, you will be informed of immediately. Gentle reminder, 11 Chic Reflections will not be held responsible or be held liable for any damages, lost or delay caused by shipping.

9. What are our business hours?

We are open 24/ 7 online. Please take note that your orders will be processed on a daily basis, on business days, which are Monday to Thursday. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 6pm. Orders that are placed after 6pm from Monday - Thursday, or placed on weekends (Friday and Sunday) or public holidays will be then processed on the following business day. (Of course, we will try to our very best effort to work on it ASAP!)
